Brevard County Parks & Recreation Hosts 'A Seussical Celebration'

Brevard County Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with Brevard County Libraries, will host “A Seussical Celebration,” featuring stories, performances, games and activities based on the creations of Dr. Seuss.

Admission and parking for the event is free.

The celebration will feature a variety of food trucks and vendors. Activities will include bounce houses, exhibitors, face painting, raffles and a Dr. Seuss character costume contest at 6:15 p.m. The Cat in the Hat will be available for photo opportunities.

Following the activities, the movie, "The Cat in the Hat," will be shown on an outdoor movie screen at 6:30 p.m. Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.
