It’s the peak of summer, and the plants you’ve been taking care of look great! But how can you tell when it is time to harvest? And what should you do with all that fresh produce in the kitchen? In the first half of this class, we’ll cover some basic rules of thumb for harvesting, including timing and technique, for a handful of popular garden crops. In part two, we’ll discover some creative ways to prepare this fresh produce! This is a free program.
