AMHERST. MA (wfcr) - Northampton, Massachusetts doesn't have a municipal trash and recycling pick-up program. Residents either take their own waste to the transfer centers or pay someone else to haul it away. One company for hire gets the job done without gas-powered vehicles. WFCR's Amy Mayer went along on a garbage run.
