Counter-Insurgency Tactics Used to Reduce Crime in Springfield

(wfcr) - A new way to end violent crime in Springfield seems to be working. In one neighborhood, Massachusetts state police are on the beat alongside city officers. They are using what's described as "military counterinsurgency tactics." One state trooper is behind the collaboration.
