Private Colleges and their Valuable Art Collections AMHERST, MA (wfcr) - Supporters of the Rose Art Museum at Brandeis University are rallying to its defense. The Waltham, MA, school announced this week that it would sell the museum's collection to deal with the school's strained finances caused by the poor economy.
