CT asks Feds to alter flight paths

HARTFORD, CT (wfcr) - The state of Connecticut has asked a federal court to halt a plan to change the flight paths of planes landing at NY airports.
As Harriet Jones of WNPR in Hartford reports, many communities in south west CT believe the planned changes will have negative effects on them.
