AMHERST, MA (wfcr) - Just days after the attacks of September 11th, 2001, Congress passed a law creating a $7-billion compensation fund for the families of those killed or injured in the attacks. A few weeks later, UMASS Amherst alum Kenneth Feinberg, a DC lawyer who specializes in mediation, was named director of the fund. Feinberg spoke to WFCR's Bob Paquette about the formidable job he took on 7 years ago.
