UMASS Center Develops Mediation Tool for Army Soldiers
(wfcr) - It's been more than a year since the Washington Post came out with an investigative report documenting substandard conditions at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Now, American soldiers seeking treatment at Walter Reed and at other army medical facilities will have an online tool to connect them to the Army ombudsman. They'll be able to anonymously discuss any issues or difficulties they're having regarding the quality of their care. The mediation system is being developed at UMASS Amherst through the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution. © Copyright 2018, wfcr
