John Robison & His Life with Undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome
(2007-10-17)
(wfcr) - For most of his life,John Elder Robison of Amherst didn't fit in, and he didn't know why. People considered him aloof or strange, and friendships were hard. When he finally discovered that his condition had a name, his life improved dramatically. Now, Robison, a 50-year-old auto mechanic who happens to be the older brother of novelist Augusten Burroughs, has written a memoir about living with Asperger's syndrome, one of the country's fastest rising psychiatric diagnoses. WFCR's Karen Brown has this report. © Copyright 2017, wfcr
