Hybrid Drivers Get a Break in Williamstown, MA WILLIASMTOWN, MA (wfcr) - Auto excise taxes are due by March 30 in many Massachusetts towns. According to town administrators in Williamstown, drivers of hybrid cars there will be the only ones in the state eligible to get some money back after filing taxes. WFCR's Carrie Healy has more.
