(wfcr) -
A superior court judge has said he'll rule by Monday on whether Massachusetts health insurers can raise the premiums they charge small businesses and individuals by up to 32 percent. The insurers want Judge Stephen Neel to rule that State Insurance Commissioner Joseph Murphy acted illegally when he told insurers he would disallow any rate increase above 7.7 percent. Last Thursday, Murphy rejected more than 200 rate filings calling them excessive. WFCR's Kevin McNicholas has more from Boston.
