Developer sues Ocean View over zoning ruling OCEAN VIEW, DEL. (AP) (wesm) - A Maryland company that was denied approval for a gasoline station in Ocean View is going to court.

Town leaders voted in July to reject the proposed station. Norino Properties LLC has filed a lawsuit against the town in Delaware's Court of Chancery.

The company says the town's interpretation of the zoning code is mistaken. In July, the town ruled the zoning code allows convenience stores but doesn't always allow gas stations.

Ocean View Town Solicitor Dennis Schrader disagrees with Norino's claims.
