New library building sought for Salisbury SALISBURY, MD (wesm) - (AP) Wicomico County Library Director Tom Hehman says the main branch building in Salisbury is obsolete and needs to be replaced.

Rather than renovate the existing 94-year-old branch on South Division Street, Hehman believes it makes more sense to build a new building.

Hehman is scheduled to brief county council members during a work session at the library Tuesday.
