Police ID woman killed in crash DOVER (AP)A (wesm) - Delaware State Police have released the name of an 18-year-old Milford woman who was killed in a single-car accident near Dover.

Police say Amber Nell was driving on Henry Cowgill Road in Woodside about 2:30 a.m. Saturday when her car left the road, went into a ditch and flipped several times.

Nell was not wearing her seatbelt and was ejected from the car. She later died from her injuries.
