Trembley to return as Orioles manager in 2009 BALTIMORE (AP) (wesm) - Dave Trembley will get another chance to coax a winning season out of the Baltimore Orioles in 2009.

The Orioles announced that they will bring Trembley back next season, exercising an option that was the contract he signed last year. The club also added a team option for 2010.

Although the Orioles are in last place in the AL East and took a six-game losing streak into Friday night's game against the Oakland Athletics, the team has been remarkably competitive for much of the season.
