Frankford man charged in home improvement fraud case
improvement fraud.
Forty-one-year-old John Lynch of Main Street was arrested
Tuesday.
State police say Lynch signed a contract last fall to repair a
Frankford home damaged by a fire.
An insurance check for more than 54-thousand dollars was issued
to Lynch to pay for the repairs. But police say the funds were used
elsewhere and the work wasn't finished.
Lynch is also charged with theft by false pretense.
