The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) third annual Pineapple Classic 5k obstacle course event is a fun, Hawaiian-themed walk/run. Compete as an individual or team of 2, 3 or 4 to raise funds for blood cancer research and patient programs. Each team will carry one pineapple throughout the 15+ obstacle course without letting it touch the ground. After crossing the finish line, participants, sponsors and spectators will join us for a post-event luau with Hawaiian food, drinks and a steel drum band!
Participate as an individual, two person, three person or four person team. Teams will be timed as they complete a 5k walk/run with obstacles dispersed throughout the course. Sign-up based on how you would like to complete the course; Honu - Hawaiian for walk, Wiki - Hawaiian for fast, Kekoa - Hawaiian for warrior! Each participant is required to complete a liability release prior to racing. EVeryone is invited to celebrate at the post-race Hawaiian luau immediately following the race located near the finish line. Spectators can purchase luau-only tickets for $5 in advance of event day.
