Despite the dreary skies, we had highly celebratory music this morning on WEMU. We featured Grammy award winning tunes from Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Jimmy Cliff, Dr. John, Esperanza Spalding and more. As it is the day before Mardi Gras, we premiered new music from New Orleans singer-songwriter Anders Osborne. And we worked in a very sweet requst: "It's A Good Day" by Peggy lee.
