Bruce Cockburn will headline the Kingsville Folk Music Festival, a family-friendly, 3-day outdoor celebration of folk music, taking place August 8-10, 2014. Kingsville’s Lakeside Park will be transformed with 4 stages featuring over 30 national and international world-class musicians. The magical weekend, the first of its kind in Essex County and southwest of London, Ontario, allows festival goers the opportunity to see their favorite artist perform, hear them interact with other performers on the daytime “Sessions” stages and discover new talent throughout the weekend. As attendees stroll through the artisan village, sample local foods, wines from award winning area vineyards and beer from nearby breweries, they’ll also enjoy one of the most spectacular festival sites in Canada.
Tickets are available on-line at ticketbreak/kingsville or headquarters located at 5 Main Street East in Kingsville, or Tony's Music Shoppe 82 Centre Street, Chatham. Weekend pass $90, Friday $35, Saturday $55 or Sunday $55 (plus hst). Children 16 and under free when accompanied by a parent. For more information please contact call 519-997-7777
