Dealing with the symptoms of any serious illness is difficult, but special care is available to make these individuals more comfortable. Palliative care, or comfort care, can be received at the same time as curative treatments. This presentation will define palliative care, help you understand how you or your loved one may benefit from it and introduce you to Arbor Palliative Care, an in-home consultative palliative care service.
