Becoming a parent to your aging parents is not easy. Adult children suddenly have to worry about their parent’s wellness, insurance, legal issues and healthcare. It can be especially difficult for adult children working full-time or raising their own family. The series will explore many of the issues adults deal with as they care for their aging parents, including finding a balance between caregiving and pleasure, long-distance caregiving, disagreements between siblings and talking to a parent about giving up the car keys or moving.
