Employment Opportunities for Senior Citizens
Federal funding is increasing job opportunities for senior citizens in Kentucky. This year the Senior Community Service Employment Program is offering more than a thousand jobs to older Kentuckians. Spokeswoman Juanita Shackelford says program participants must be 55 and older, work 20 hours a week and make minimum wage.
