Members of the University of Kentucky ROTC program spent yesterday outside. While small American flags flapped nearby cadets read the names of 9-11 victims. Of course, it has been seven years since the terror attacks on New York and Washington, DC. Carey Cavanaugh, directs the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky. Cavanaugh spoke with WEKU's Stu Johnson about 9-11's commercial legacy.
