Waste Product Could Make Fertilizer Safer

(WEKU) - It's been more than ten years since a van loaded with fertilizer exploded outside the federal building in Oklahoma City and killed 168 people. Soon after the shock wore off, University of Kentucky research scientist Darryl Taulbee wondered how such a tragedy could be prevented.
