Louisville Student Behind Texting Ban
LOUISVILLE, KY (WEKU) - A senior at DuPont Manual High School in Louisville is the face in front of an effort to ban texting while driving in Kentucky. Two years ago, 19-year-old Will Craig was headed to the movies with a friend.
Will suffered a traumatic brain injury and had to learn to walk and talk again. Much of his energy today is focused on rallying for a texting bad. A bill in the Kentucky Legislature is halfway toward becoming law since it cleared the House and is headed to the Senate.
