MOREHEAD, KY (WEKU) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to use all the tools at its disposal to communicate more effectively. District 9 Spokesman Allen Blair says the cabinet is putting notices on facebook and twitter and posting videos too.
Blair says maps and weather forecasts have been added to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's website, as well as photos depicting progress on construction projects.
