Court questions attorney general's involvement in environmental issue.
(2009-09-09)
(WCBE) - Environmental activists in Ohio are used to having the state attorney general on their side, at least when it comes to a dispute over the public's right to walk along the shoreline of lake Erie. Now, a state appeal's court has declared the attorney general doesn't have the legal standing to be involved in this dispute... and the current attorney general has yet to signal whether he even wants to be involved. That's making the "green" activists see red, as Statehouse Correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
