The annual "Abbey Road on the River" Beatles music festival is under way along Louisville's Belvedere. In addition to the more than 50 tribute bands that will perform over the holiday weekend there are contests, memorabilia shows, and exhibits.One of those exhibits includes more than two dozen candid photographs of the fab four and the rolling stones taken during their american tours in the mid 1960s.
It's called "The British Are Coming." Curator Larry Marion says the shots were taken by the band's tour manager and were kept in storage until last year. © Copyright 2012, WEKU
