Obama & Biden Coming to Michigan
Michigan will be one of Barack Obama's first stops after he accepts the Democratic presidential nomination on Thursday.
Obama and running mate Joe Biden will make a post-convention stop in Battle Creek this weekend.
The details are still being worked out, but state Democratic Party chairman Mark Brewer says Barack Obama and Joe Biden will make a campaign stop in Battle Creek, probably Sunday.
The Democratic duo will be joined by state senator Mark Schaurer who is running for congress against incumbent Republican Tim Walberg.
Brewer expects Michigan will see a lot of Obama and Biden this fall, as well as John McCain and his eventual G-O-P running mate.
