Hallie Quinn Brown DECEMBER 28, 2009 (wcsu) - Hallie Quinn Brown (1849 - 1949) was an American educator, writer and activist. She attended Wilberforce University in Ohio, gaining a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduating she became a teacher and later returned to Wilberforce to teach.
