But the Tea Party groups which put Issue 3 before voters have announced a new project - an amendment that would put Ohio into a category of "right to work" states. But opponents call these "right to work for less" laws. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler sat down with two of the state's leading experts on the economy and labor to go over what this proposal might mean for Ohio.
