Ohio death row inmate has new execution date after getting reprieve two years ago.
(2009-11-18)
(WCBE) - An Ohio death row inmate got a reprieve of sorts two years ago. He'd been scheduled to be executed, but that was put on hold because of a legal dispute. Now, the inmate faces a new execution date, and it appears his death will happen on schedule. That's because the Ohio Parole Board recommends the governor not grant clemency. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the story of Kenneth Biros.
