State to reimburse waived Toll Road fees INDIANAPOLIS, IN (wbaa) - The private operator of the Indiana Toll Road will be getting some money back from the state.

A spokesperson for Governor Mitch Daniels says the state will compensate the company for temporarily waiving fees to relieve congestion during flooding.

The reimbursement will come from Toll Road lease payments.

No word yet on how much it will cost.
