Sucessful weekend for Purdue Volleyball, Soccer WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (wbaa) - The Purdue Volleyball team won its fourth straight tournament title this weekend.

The Boilermakers defeated Dayton, Louisville, and Miami of Ohio to capture the Dayton Invitational Championship.

Purdue is now 11-1 on the season.

The Boilers begin Big Ten play Friday night against Penn State in University Park, Pennsylvania.

And the Purdue Soccer team is back on the winning track.

The Boilers defeated Colorado College 2-1 in West Lafayette.

It was Go Green Day at the Varsity Soccer Complex.

The Boilermakers wore commemorative green uniforms that were auctioned off during the game.

The promotions earned nearly $2,000 that will go towards Purdue's Celery Bog Initiative and the World Wildlife Fund.

Purdue is back on the road this week for the start of Big Ten play at Northwestern on Friday.
