Power outages to affect Purdue campus WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (wbaa) - Two temporary power outages will affect buildings on the south side of the Purdue campus today.

The first shutdown will be from 9 to 9:45 a.m. and will affect: the Bus Shuttle lot; Niswonger Aviation Technology Building; Aerospace Science Lab and simulation building; Child Development and Family Studies Building; Purdue Village preschool; Squirrel Park; Patty Jischke Early Education and Care Center; Purdue Village Community Center; Purdue Village Administration Building and shop; and several Purdue Village units .

The second will be from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m. and will affect: the Transportation Maintenance Building; sewage lift station; and Purdue Village units 139-146, 217-228.

The outages will allow the addition of gear to the south campus power substation.
