Statewide meetings will address crop production (wbaa) - Purdue Agricultural Economists are holding a series of meetings throughout the state to discuss crop production.

Monday, Panels will begin talking about this year's outlook.

Purdue Ag economist Chris Hurt says farmers are worried.

Hurt says as that cost rises, the amount farmers are getting for their crops is staying the same. He expects a price squeeze to hit in 2009.
