Purdue hires VP for Physical Facilities WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (wbaa) - Purdue has named a new vice president for physical facilities.

Robert McMains will take over the position October 1st.

He is currently the associate vice president of facilities management at Emory University in Atlanta.

McMains has been involved in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, certification process that has resulted in Emory being recognized as the university with the most square feet of LEED- certified facilities in the nation. © Copyright 2009, wbaa
