Work continues at Wabash Commons WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (wbaa) - Building construction on Wabash Commons in West Lafayette could begin next month.

The Swiss Group President Frank Swiss, who is the developer for the project, says crews are in the final stages of clearing and leveling the land.

He says he has been talking with various businesses that are interested in securing a spot in the area.

Swiss says he cannot confirm what retailers or offices will call the Commons home until leases are signed.

He thinks if construction begins within the next 30 days, the three new buildings will be completed by February 1st next year.
