Imagination Station reopening with classes for kids

The Imagination Station in Lafayette is reopening Saturday for the first time since March.The board of directors and a volunteer group of parents are relaunching the science museum with hours on Saturday morning only.
Continued operation will depend on attendance and community support.
The facility closed in March due to financial problems.
Saturday's events include a science class for six-to-ten year olds at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00.
There also will be crafts, face-painting, robots and a bake sale.
Imagination Station is at 600 North 4th Street.
