Second round of I-STEP begins Monday INDIANAPOLIS, IN (wbaa) - Round two of spring I-STEP testing gets underway Monday.

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Dr. Tony Bennett says it is the largest part of the test and includes multiple choice and will last through the first week of May.

He encourages parents to talk to their children about the significance of the I-STEP.

Bennett says results will be released in August after passing scores are adopted by the state board of education.

The first part of the I-STEP was given in March.
