Purdue Soccer defeats Valparaiso WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (wbaa) - Purdue soccer defeated Valparaiso 1-0 Saturday.

The Boilermakers are now a perfect 4-0 on the year with the win.

Head coach Robert Klatte says team must learn how to put more points on the board.

The Boilers were able to capture the lead with 30 minutes to go when Senior Jessica Okoroafo put the ball past the goaltender.

Purdue takes on Ball State Monday at home.
