WL updating its strategic plan WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (wbaa) - The city of West Lafayette is updating its strategic plan.

Redevelopment Director Chandler Poole says officials want to hear from residents about the issues they think need to be addressed.

He says a public hearing is set for Tuesday night to begin the discussion.

Poole says a consulting firm is gathering all of the suggestions and will return in a few months for more public hearings.

He expects roads and schools to be main topics of discussion, as well as the city's relationship with Purdue.

The public meeting begins tomorrow night at 6 at City Hall.
