Ivy Tech opens facility in White County MONTICELLO, IN (wbaa) - Ivy Tech's White County Center should open by the end of the summer.

Construction started in January on the building and classes will begin this fall semester.

Director of Facilities Ken Larson says the 12,000 square foot site is a good size for the classes that will be held there.

Larson says the laptop lab in the building has the flexibility to be a computer lab as well as a classroom.

He says there are two classes to be held in the White County Center that are already near capacity for enrollment this fall. © Copyright 2012, wbaa
