Nine-term congressional veteran Maurice Hinchey kicked off his re-election campaign in the New York 22nd Congressional District on Thursday.
Hinchey is an outspoken critic of the Bush administration. He sits on the Joint Economic Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Natural Resources Committee.
