New budget for OCCC with a $200,000 cut

The Orange County, NY Legislature Thursday split the difference and approved a new budget for Orange County Community College with a $200,000 cut from that which the college sought and $200,000 more than County Executive Edward Diana wanted. WAMC's Hank Gross has more.
