New York Rethinks Juvenile Justice

ALBANY, NY (WAMC) - A symposium was held Thursday in Albany, addressing data showing that black and latino youth are arrested, detained and confined to custody far more often than whites... and the search for ways to reduce that disproportion. Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas reports.
