ALBANY, NY (WAMC) - Good government groups held a news conference today in Albany to urge New York Governor David Paterson and legislative leaders to react to the series of ethics scandals that have plagued Albany in recent years. The groups have a detailed package of changes to toughen the state's ethics law. Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas reports.
