Profile: 101st Assembly Race- Robin Yess KINGSTON, NY (WAMC) - Robin Yess is running on the Republican, Conservative and Independence party lines for the 101st assembly district seat held by Democrat Kevin Cahill. She points to the district as an example of the way Albany operates it includes much of Ulster County, but exchanges one area in the Catskills for a small area across the river in Dutchess County. That, she told Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett, is one of several things she'd like to change.
