New York's department of environmental conservation has unveiled a new page on its website to answer questions about natural gas drilling. That issue is raising the learning curve for residents already concerned about a major power line project. And environmental concerns are slowing down several other major projects in the state as one steams ahead. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett has an update.
