ALBANY, NY (WAMC) - Late Monday night, state lawmakers passed the eighth budget extension since the April 1 deadline: including a $25 million loan to the New York Racing Association. But there is still no decision over what to do about 55 closed state parks and historic sites. Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas reports.
